Ridiculous Injury Lawyer Commercial


I found this over the top commercial and I just wondered if there was any Chicago Injury Lawyer like this guy from Pennsylvania.  I am sure that each state has its own personal injury lawyer just like this guy.  Really, does this type of ad work for a Chicago Injury Lawyer or any personal injury lawyer anywhere?  Like one of the comments on the YouTube post of this video said, this looks like a trailer for an action movie.  Another person stated that if they had survived such a heinous accident, they probably would call this guy.  Personally, I hope I don't have to go through something like that, but I may need to call a Chicago Injury Lawyer at some point in my life.

Are we over suing in this generation?


One of my sons favorite lines when something bad happens or someone does something he doesn't like is, "I'm gonna sue him."  How did we get to this place?  Why has it gotten to the place where someone trips over a crack in the sidewalk and they first call their Chicago Injury Lawyer before anyone else? Greed--we want what's coming to us.  Even in this ridiculous commercial we hear this personal injury lawyer say, "I want to go after the cash."  Wow, at least he's up front and honest.  It is not about what do you need to take care of the problem, instead it is about how much money we can get out of them.  No wonder everything costs so much anymore; all these lawsuits are causing prices to go up so companies can pay for the mistakes that inevitably will happen. What people don't realize is that, when your first call is to your Chicago Injury Lawyer, what is going to happen next time you accidentally hurt someone else?  That's right--what goes around comes around.

Legitimate need for a Chicago Injury Lawyer


All of that is not to say that sometimes there may be a legitimate need for a Chicago Injury Lawyer to help you when conventional methods of trying to get help don't work.  Due to the aforementioned greed, people today do not want to compensate for their mistakes when they cause pain and suffering to others.  My own husband was greatly wronged by the US Army in a couple of different ways and would love to be able to use a personal injury lawyer like a Chicago Injury Lawyer to get some compensation for not being able to work and provide for his family.  Unfortunately, when you enlist in the US Army you lose any right to sue them for any personal injury.  Supposedly they take care of their own when something happens, but, unless it happens in battle or a battle arena, you are out of luck.  Yeah, you get health care, that stinks, but they won't help you with compensating for job loss.  I could really use someone like a Chicago Injury Lawyer to help us get through life without my husband's income.
